THE VENUE
There is no running water and no power on site so plan accordingly. The town of Exeter is about a 10 minute drive away and there are a few fast food places and grocery stores there. There are no washrooms so we will have 8 porta-potties on site. If you don't want to leave the track we suggest that you bring your own water and food. Also there is no lighting at night so bring a flashlight if you can! Also please bring a garbage bag and throw your garbage in the dumpster marked on the map before you leave. Last event we had to clean up a bunch of campsites and the venue owner was not happy with debris that was left around the pits (zipties, nuts and bolts etc).
DRIVERS
Track will be hot from 9am-7pm Saturday & 9am - 5pm Sunday
VEHICLE TECH INSPECTION
-NO leaks, we need to keep the surface as clean as we can for the safety of the other drivers and to keep the venue owners happy
-DOT or Snell approved helmets are to be worn at all times on track for drivers and passengers
-Car must be equipped with seat belts and they should be worn at all times on track
-All vehicles must have a fire extinguisher 2lb or greater in the cabin
-Any convertibles MUST have a roll bar, this is a pretty common thing at every track.
-All lugnuts must be present
-Battery must be securely mounted
-If you can, please run water/water wetter instead of coolant, it makes cleanup much easier.

DRIVING RULES
-Speed Limit of 15km/h on ALL airport property. If we hear or see you speeding down the runways, you're out. This goes for drivers, spectators and we'll be especially harsh if your shitty exhaust wakes up everyone camping or gets the cops called for a noise complaint.
-NO drinking and driving under any circumstances. You will not be warned, you will be banned for life and there will be no refunds. We don't care if it's "just one beer". If you drink one and you get in line, you're gone for life.
-Avoid standing burnouts
-The course is set up for 1 lap to be driven before you exit. This will keep the line moving as quickly as possible.
-There will be a 4 car maximum on the course at one time.
-Don't rev at night. We got noise complaints last year, we're trying to avoid having that happen again
-No drifting anywhere other than the track; This means no ebrake turns to get into line and don't drift out of the venue (anyone who does this is an actual idiot).
-Helmets must be worn on track at all times
-Seatbelts must be worn on track at all times
-No spectator test drives. Do you think all the other drivers are stoked when you let your friends drive for free? Probably not.
-No children under 16 in any vehicles.
-No passengers in back seats if the vehicle has a harness bar or roll cage. This should be obvious, apparently it isn't.
-Please throw all trash in the designated bins and if you could bring your own garbage bag that would be greatly appreciated as well because there may not be a bin near every pit.
-USE YOUR HEAD. You know when you're at a car meet and a straight piped base model lancer does a pull coming out of the parking lot? That's what you look like doing ebrake turns in line, ripping down the runway honking your horn at 6am and generally doing dumb shit that we specifically ask you not to do in the rules stated above. Don't make an ass of yourself so we don't have to make an example out of you.
DRIVER GROUPS
We've split you guys up into two groups:
-Group A & Group B
-Each group will have 1 hour on track and 1 hour off. This method worked fine last year and was much better than the alternative which is one incredibly long line
-You'll be assigned your group as you arrive, if you want to be put in a group with your friends/team please DM us prior to the event so we can arrange that. If you decide to change your group yourself without telling any of us, your new group will be group GTFO.
-Before you complain to us because you're already in line and the next group is on in 2 minutes, ask yourself if you'd like the last guy in the next run group to do the same thing when you guys are up next. If I let every person that complained that they were already in line go, there would be no point in having the groups at all.
DRIVER & SPECTATOR PAYMENT
-Payment is DUE BY AUGUST 1ST. If you do not pay by then your spot will be forfeited and we will move onto other drivers who have applied.
-Pit crew etc. count as spectators so they will need to buy their tickets on the website.
-Spectator tickets will be sold at www.north-stage.ca and will be limited so get them while you can.
-If you sell your ticket, the new driver MUST be approved by us and we MUST be notified. If the person you sold the ticket to is not on our list, they will not get in regardless of money being exchanged between you two.
We ask that you guys treat the venue, staff, spectators and other drivers with respect. This is a really cool spot that we also share with an autocross league. This will be the third time the venue has hosted drifting and we'd like to maintain a good relationship with them so we can continue to host events for you guys in the future. If you want to try to bend the rules it's going to be very difficult for you to drive any of our events in the future.
The ELECTRONIC WAIVER will be posted on our instagram profile and website 1 month before the event. Make sure you sign it or you won't be let into the event.
ELECTRONIC WAIVER:
SIGN THIS PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE EVENT, IF YOU DON'T SIGN IT YOU CAN'T ENTER THE VENUE
Thank you,
Mikey, Justin & Jay
